An Autumn Equinox Women’s Circle

It’s that time again…✨️🙏

I have so missed our gatherings 💖✨️ Weather permitting, this will be held outside at my home…should we be rained out..we will just keep it indoors 🥁🧘‍♀️✨️

As the seasons change, we are invited to change with them.

The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of balance, when light and darkness meet in equal measure. It is a beautiful time to pause, turn inward, release what we have outgrown, and reconnect with what truly matters.

I’m opening my home for a special Women’s Healing Circle, creating a safe and nurturing space for women to gather, connect, share from the heart, and simply breathe.

Together, we will explore the deeper spiritual invitations of this seasonal turning point:

🍂 Balance: A reminder to find harmony between doing and being, giving and receiving, light and shadow.
🍂 Release: Just as the trees release what they no longer need, we can lovingly let go of old stories, patterns, emotions, and energies that no longer belong to us.
🍂 Gratitude: A time to honour what has grown, what has been learned, and the abundance already present in our lives.
🍂 Reflection: The energy begins to turn inward, inviting us to listen more deeply to our intuition and inner wisdom.
🍂 Transformation: Autumn reminds us that change isn’t something to fear. It is part of the natural rhythm of becoming.
🍂 Rest & Recalibration: As nature slows down, we are reminded that rest is not stillness without purpose. It is where we restore ourselves.
🍂 Preparing for the Inner Season: The darker months invite us to journey inward, tending to our hearts, our truth, and the parts of ourselves that are asking to be heard.

✨ During our circle, we will gather in sacred space for heart sharing, connection, reflection and a grounding drumming meditation designed to help you release, reconnect and recalibrate your energy.

There is no need to arrive with the right words.
No need to have it all figured out.
Just come as you are.

This is a space for women to be witnessed without judgment, to listen without fixing, and to remember that they don’t have to walk every part of their journey alone.

Together, we will create space for whatever is ready to shift.

A circle for releasing.
A circle for reconnecting.
A circle for coming home to yourself.
